Spontaneous photography happens with a moments notice.
There is no time to set-up. No time for preparation. No time to wait for the light to be just right.
Just grab the camera and shoot.
On Easter Sunday, while out photography the tulips, a large black Great Dane planted himself right amongst the yellow tulips, presenting a great photo op, which many of us started snapping right away. The contrasting colors made it even more unique.
I enjoy spontaneity photography, maybe because I like instant gratification. But, I think it's more because I am aware of the moment and need to capture it right then. If you look at my photography, most of it is based off of the moment. I just know it when I see it, so I click right then.
Spontaneity photography - it is not for everyone, but it sure is fun and makes for some of the best images out there.
